The story
The land remembers who stayed.
Filippo's family has worked these hills for generations. In 1985 a frost killed almost every olive tree in Tuscany, and the groves had to be planted again from nothing. He still walks the same rows his family walked. Annalisa left Siena at thirteen and spent seventeen years abroad before coming back to this valley. Together they look after the trees as custodians, not owners.

Hospitality
Stay where the oil comes from.
Your nights are spent at Il Fornacino, our own agriturismo on the same hills. When it is full, we open the doors of our partner agriturismi.
Two nights come with five trees, four nights for two guests with ten, six nights for four with thirty. The nights are part of your contribution, not an extra: you pay the journey, the room is ours.
Nights you have not used accumulate for as long as you keep adopting. If you stop renewing, the unused ones are lost.
